Director removal requires vote
<b>Q. </b>I have asked several people to read and interpret the language in NRS 116 pertaining to the removal of directors. We have 312 homes in our community and we received 130 votes, but only 127 were counted at the meeting, for some reason. Still, 82 voted to remove and 45 said no. We were told that only 20 votes were needed to keep these members from being removed. So at the time, they counted votes until 21 voted not to remove the director.
