Three phases sell quickly at Rhodes Ranch
The first three phases at The Links and The Lakes neighborhoods sold out within 90 minutes last weekend at Rhodes Ranch, according to builder Jim Rhodes. "Last weekend was unbelievable," he said. "It was by far our most successful grand opening. These two communities are our first venture into the middle market at Rhodes Ranch, and our customers recognized the value of buying early." The builder is releasing phases four and five today within the golf course community in the southwestern valley. In recognition of the new release, the builder's preferred lender will be on-site to assist buyers in the pre-qualification process. Buyers who finance through the preferred lender will receive a free granite kitchen counter-top upgrade in their new home. Homes in The Links measure from 1,260 to 2,100 square feet and are priced from the mid-$100,000s. At The Lakes, floor plans range from 1,678 to 2,893 square feet and start in the high $100,000s. Features, per plan, include high ceilings, picture windows, open designs, and views of the mountains. In addition, models at The Lakes include dual sinks in the main bath as well as in the owner suite. Both are gated neighborhoods within the guard-gated community. "You don't have to spend $1 million to live in a rich neighborhood," Rhodes said. "Our company has already taken care of making this area one of the nicest in Las Vegas. We take great pride in the fact that our golf course is not only well-maintained, but also open to the public year-round. The amenities we offer are for the benefit of every resident who buys at Rhodes Ranch." Walking trails and bicycle paths surround the course, which is highlighted by palm trees and waterfalls. The clubhouse offers a restaurant, lounge and golf shop. A community center is slated to open next year with a swimming pool, basketball court, workout equipment, picnic area and cabanas. Nearly 1,000 home buyers have chosen Rhodes Ranch since it opened in 1997. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south about one mile to the community's entrance. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Rhodes Homes was founded in 1985 and has built thousands of homes in the Las Vegas Valley.
