Red Rock Country Club agent touts Mesquite homes

The Mesquite Collection at Red Rock Country Club is a favorite among families and couples who like the size of the homes featured in the collection, according to sales director Kevin Stall.

The collection's three floor plans are as large as 4,295 square feet and come in three styles: Spanish Colonial, Italianate and Americana.

Prices start from the $500,000s.

"We have a lot of families who choose homes in the Mesquite Collection because of the spaciousness of the plans and amenities, including family rooms and large kitchen designs," Stall said.

Mesquite Plan 2204 measures 4,295 square feet and can be built with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The home has an entry courtyard; a kitchen with a pantry, nook, island workstation and dining bar; a family room with a fireplace and media niche; and a separate dining room with French doors.

A curved staircase leads to the home's second floor, which offers an owner suite with a retreat. Optional courtyard stairs lead to an upstairs bedroom.

Located adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the guard-gated country club offers views of the surrounding landscape.

The community is home to the first of two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer, as well as a golf practice facility with a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas. The rugged course features canyons with 100-foot drops, lakes, waterfalls and streams.

A 44,000-square-foot clubhouse features a pro shop, banquet facilities, a board room and two dining rooms.
