Sun City Aliante by Del Webb, an age-qualified community located within the Aliante community in North Las Vegas, offers several single-story floor plans designed for a low-maintenance lifestyle.

The Heather plan measures 1,155 square feet, and contains two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, and open kitchen with dining nook and a covered rear patio. Prices start from $243,990.
Measuring 1,239 square feet is the Sage plan, which contains three bedrooms, two baths, an open living room and dining room and a covered rear patio. Prices start from $249,990.
The Primrose plan measures 1,424 square feet, and contains three bedrooms, two baths, an open great room with dining area and a dining nook off the kitchen. Prices start from $271,990.
Community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, craft and hobby rooms, as well as tennis and bocce courts.
A limited number of home sites are being released on the Aliante Golf Course.
Three collections of homes are available, and buyers can choose from seven single-story floor plans ranging from 1,155 to 2,105 square-feet. Prices range from the $240,000s to the $350,000s.
In Aliante, 428 acres are designated for recreational and public activities, including the Aliante Golf Club, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, Deer Springs Park, Aviary Park, more than 24 miles of lighted concrete trails and linear parks and an arroyo.
Proposed plans for Aliante include a middle school.
The community's first school, Theron H. and Naomi D. Goynes Elementary School, opened in August 2005.
A new fire station opened in April 2004, and the Aliante Library, adjacent to the Nature Discovery Park, opened in May 2006.
