Lennar provides summer incentives for buyers at Canyon Springs
Lennar is offering home buyers incentives to move into a new home in its Canyon Springs neighborhood in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
The Miami-based builder's Summer Advantage Program offers home buyers who want to make the move within the next two months savings of up to $10,000, low-interest rate loans and a variety of additional bonuses when they use Lennar's preferred lender. The homes are priced in the $300,000.

"The Canyon Springs Summer Advantage Program also is a great way to highlight the myriad of lifestyle advantages you'll enjoy as a homeowner," sales agent Marilyn Valdez said.
"Start with the roomy pool-size home sites and generous three-bay garages. Add the incredible location just south of the Craig Road shopping corridor, a high school within close proximity and elementary and middle schools just a minute or two away."
The summer closing deal includes the area's two single-level homes. The 1,912-square-foot La Jolla includes four bedrooms, two baths and a great room design that can include a computer work space in the main living area. The home also features a three-bay garage and a front courtyard.
"With a central computer work space, parents can easily supervise their children's Internet access and computer games content," Valdez said. "It also makes the computer easily accessible to the entire family."
The 2,210-square-foot Laguna has four bedrooms, two baths and an oversized two-bay garage.
Also, included in the incentive program, are the community's two-story homes, the 2,743-square-foot Santa Clara and the Beverly Hills with 3,117 square feet. Both include five bedrooms with a game loft, three baths and a three-bay garage.
Santa Clara's main floor offers an option for a large, covered porch entry.
That level also includes formal living and dining rooms with coffered ceilings, a family room with a fireplace and recessed media niche for an entertainment center and a country-style kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an island, double sinks and bar counter seating. There is also an informal dining alcove with bay windows overlooking the rear yard.
The home's laundry room opens into the thee-bay garage and to a center hall adjacent to the kitchen.
The home's second floor features 1,568 square feet with three bedrooms and a master suite with double-entry doors and a bath with an oval garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanities and counters.
The walk-in wardrobe closet is the size of an average home's guest bedroom, according to Valdez.
The homes also feature custom granite counter tops, rich oak cabinetry, upgraded appliances, ceramic tile floors in the foyer and cultured marble bath vanities. They also have two-tone highlighted exterior paint selections and a covered front porch.

To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road, exit west to North 5th St., then south to Alexander Road. Models are open 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 4 p.m.
