Incentive offered at Red Rock

With the recent introduction of the Hawthorne Collection, Red Rock Country Club in Summerlin is including a golf cart with the purchase of either of the two new floor plans.

"Sunrise Colony Co., the developer of Red Rock Country Club, is continually expanding and fine-tuning the selection of its residential offerings, and that is why we are so excited about the introduction of the Hawthorne Collection. Designed with the family in mind, the two plans in this collection range from 3,122 square feet to 4,081 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms and five baths," sales executive Kevin Stall said.

With models under construction, Stall said buyers are able to take advantage of pre-grand opening prices.

"We think buyers are going to fall in love with these plans. The largest comes standard with four bedrooms, four baths and a powder room, an entry courtyard, a three-car garage and an incredible great room. There is also an option for a fifth bedroom with its own bath," he said.

"Other options will include expanding the master bedroom closet, adding a library, sitting room, an optional reading alcove, or a media room. And that's just the start. The flexibility with this floor plan is tremendous."

Upon completion, the guard-gated community will consist of 1,116 homes, several of which will be nestled along the greens of the community's two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer. The first course has been completed.

Priced from the $350,000s to more than $2 million, the one- and two-story designs offer as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages, and measure from 2,300 to more than 5,300 square feet. Options include casitas, courtyards with fireplaces, sit-down wet bars, and master bedroom retreats with media niches and fireplaces. The developer's Sunsation program allows for changes in room configurations and additions, custom swimming pools, upgraded landscaping, and patio and lighting designs.

Also available are custom-home sites that measure from 15,000 to 20,000 square feet. They are located in The Estates, a gated neighborhood of 86 custom lots within the guard-gated country club. Home sites are priced from $315,000 to $500,000.

Several country club amenities are available to residents and members. They include a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse, restaurants, a pro shop, aquatic center and tennis center. An expansion of the sports club, which will double its size, is under way.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west, past Town Center Drive, and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 west to the Sahara exit. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunrise Colony Co. is also developing Siena, an age-qualified community in Summerlin.
