Toll Bros. unveils two projects in Summerlin

Toll Bros. has opened two neighborhoods, Barrington and Monterossa, within The Vistas village in Summerlin.

"The popularity of Summerlin is incredible," company executive Gary Mayo said. "With every luxury-home community we've opened here, the response has been overwhelming. Barrington and Monterossa are no exception. The unparalleled quality of Toll Bros.' homes and the desirable lifestyle at Summerlin make an impressive combination that home buyers have easily recognized."

The one- and two-story designs offer such features as courtyard entries, double-wall ovens, 6-foot spa tubs in the master baths, three-car garages and covered patios.

Upon completion, Barrington will consist of 73 home sites and four floor plans -- Marcello, Messina, Cellini and Catania. The homes, measuring from 3,000 and 4,100 square feet, are priced from the low $400,000s.

Three of the floor plans -- the Marcello, Cellini and Catania -- will be represented with model homes, which are under construction and scheduled to open this fall. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday.

Four floor plans also are offered at Monterossa. The Vasari, Bellini, Trapani and Botticelli designs range from 2,120 to 3,100 square feet and are modeled at the neighborhood. The homes are priced from the low $300,000s. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west and proceed to Carriage Hill Drive, following the signs.

In Summerlin, Toll Bros. is also developing Heritage Glen and Wood Glen in Willow Creek village, and Rosemont in The Gardens village.

Toll Bros. is celebrating its 35th anniversary in home building this year and has more than 170 active developments in 22 states.
