Vistana nearing completion

Construction nears an end at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch as ground is broken for the final buildings and new residents begin moving into the first completed building of the condominium complex's last phase.

"We are quickly progressing towards the final buildout of the new homes ...," sales agent Maxine Astengo said. "New home buyers should come see us soon to have the best selection of new homes in the final buildings."

Among the plans available are three with one bedroom and one bath, ranging from 670 to 796 square feet. Five plans, ranging from 847 to more than 1,200 square feet, feature two bedrooms and two baths. The largest plan, the Venice, has three bedrooms and two baths; it measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices range from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

Among the amenities at the community are pools, a spa and two-story fitness center.

To visit the complex in the southwestern valley, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
