Pardee to release Fontana homes

Pardee Homes will release a new phase of homes in its Fontana neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"You can't beat Eldorado for top quality family lifestyle at the top of the Las Vegas Valley," Tuvell said. "And for families who don't want to wait, we have a couple of Fontana homes available for move-in right now."

The available homes at the North Las Vegas neighborhood include two single-story Plan Twos with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage and 1,979 square feet.

"Fontana families also enjoy the benefits of the included Energy Star package that exceeds national energy standards," Tuvell said. "With high performance windows, engineered heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed air ducts, this program is designed to increase a home's energy efficiency by at least 30 percent."

Another design at the Eldorado neighborhood is Plan One. The single-story home features three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage.

Options include a nursery off of the master suite, two master suites, and a three-car garage. It measures from 1,594 to 1,827 square feet and is priced from $152,950.

With 2,349 square feet, the two-story Plan Three offers three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, and two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $183,450.

Priced from $194,950, Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with a bonus room and three-car garage. The design measures from 2,459 and 2,931 square feet.

The Eldorado Highlands model park features 12 model homes near Seastrand Park. In addition to Fontana, the community includes the Talavera and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

The community includes a fire station, an elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, the adjacent Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte, go north until it becomes Camino Eldorado, then go north to the sales center and model park.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
