Seven Hills nears closeout

The Seven Hills community in Henderson is in its final phase with only a few new production homes available.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to visit the sales pavilion for information. The pavilion, open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., is located inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, the 1,300-acre community is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. Upon completion, it will have more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods including about 300 custom homes.

A selection of custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most offer views of the valley and a golf course, and are in guard-gated neighborhoods.

Custom-home sites measure up to about an acre and are priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space and most neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin parks and walkways.

Its four city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.
