Custom-home sites available in Seven Hills

A selection of custom-home sites remains available during the final phase at the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Beth Naef, sales executive for its developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, said sales activity is accelerating as buyers discover the view sites.

"We have home sites available with golf course and fairway canyon views, as well as city and mountain vistas. Those who are familiar with the local market will find that our pricing is exceptionally competitive, especially when you consider the quality of the home sites and the caliber of the surrounding custom homes," Naef said.

Sites are priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million and most are located in guard-gated neighborhoods. Amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts and a playground.

To date, more than 200 sites have been sold and more than 150 homes are completed, under construction or in the architectural review process.

About one-third of the 1,300-acre community is dedicated to open space. Its four city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

Information regarding available home sites and homes can be obtained at the sales pavilion, which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.
