Custom-lot sales approach final phase at Seven Hills

The Seven Hills custom-home site sales continue to be brisk, as more than 200 lots have been sold and more than 120 homes are in various stages of construction at the community in Henderson, according to sales agents.

Home sites as large as one acre are available. Prices start from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Many of the lots provide a view of the city, mountains and a neighboring golf course.

Each custom-home neighborhood is guard-gated and landscaped. Two private parks are open and between them offer tennis and basketball courts and a playground.

Seven Hills is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership. Community amenities include four city parks, and among them are basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

The information pavilion is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
