Pardee enters high-end market at Renaissance

From entry-level to luxury homes, Pardee Homes covers the Las Vegas Valley with 13 single-family neighborhoods. Its Renaissance neighborhood, which is located in Seven Hills in Henderson, marked the company's introduction of high-end homes, according to Ray Landry, Pardee assistant vice president for sales.

The neighborhood, which features views of the valley and a neighboring golf course, offers five models that "are among the finest Pardee has ever offered anywhere in the country," Landry said.

Priced from $292,750 to $385,250, homes at the gated neighborhood measure from 2,726 to 4,620 square feet and sit on terraced home sites. They feature rotunda and courtyard entries, pantries, wraparound balconies, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings, and arched doorways.

Options include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms and bars. Buyers can choose their options and upgrades at design center.

Kitchens feature granite counter tops; oak cabinets; pantries; and appliance packages with five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven and dishwashers; and the option for expanded room to accommodate commercially appointed appliances.

"Pardee is continuing its tradition of building energy-efficient, money-saving homes with Renaissance," Landry said. "Features are included that meet the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star label and the ComfortWise certification."

Benefits include a 30 percent savings in energy; vinyl-framed windows that reduce noise; and windows designed to reduce fabric fade.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, go west and follow the signs. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
