Rhodes' Palm Hills goes Platinum
In some countries, platinum is more valuable than gold. That's why Rhodes Homes decided to name its top selection of homes at Palm Hills the Platinum Collection, according to sales agent Karen Chapman. "The Platinum Collection of homes at Palm Hills defines the ultimate in luxury at our private, guard-gated community," Chapman said. "It's a perfect opportunity for the upscale buyer to purchase one of the finest homes available in our valley." Among the Platinum designs at the Henderson neighborhood is the single-story Plan 2055, which contains 2,055 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, island kitchen and two-car garage. The home is priced from the low $200,000s. "The kitchen work island is a very valuable included feature in our Platinum Collection homes," Chapman said. "The addition of the extra large great room makes the Plan 2055 home perfect for starting families to develop fun memories." Another design in the collection is Plan 3139, a two-story residence with 3,139 square feet. It contains four bedrooms, including a first-floor master suite; 3 1/2 baths; a loft; optional second master bedroom; and three-car garage. It is priced from the mid-$260,000s. "The master suite downstairs is making the Plan 3139 home a very popular model," Chapman said. "But for the ultimate in space and luxury, the Plan 4005 model takes the platinum medal." Plan 4005 offers more than 4,000 square feet, five bedrooms, an owner retreat, three baths, loft and three-car garage. This home is priced in the low $290,000s. The neighborhood also features three designs from the builder's Gold Collection. Priced from the $180,000s, the single-story Plan 1530 offers 1,530 square feet, three bedrooms, two baths, great room and optional den, while the single-story Plan 1766 has three bedrooms and two baths and is priced from the mid-$190,000s. The two-story Plan 2640 features four to six bedrooms, three baths, and a bonus room and is priced in the mid-$220,000s. To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive and turn right. Proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
