Silverstone Ranch buyers favor builder's reputation
Ely and Danielle Prussin recently moved into a new home at Pulte's Silverstone Ranch golf course community in northwest Las Vegas with their two children, Tanner and Peyton. "We really like the location of Silverstone Ranch, and the fact that it is one of the only golf course ... communities in the northwest part of the valley," Ely Prussin said. "That, combined with Pulte's fabulous reputation and many recommendations from family and friends made our decision very easy." The Prussins chose the 1700 Plan from the Merion Collection, which features two-story homes ranging from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and priced from $203,990 to $219,990. "Danielle and I were very attracted to the 1700's spacious great room and the well-designed layout of the rooms throughout the home," he said. "The home is very open and welcoming, and gives a much larger feel than its 1,700 square feet." The Prussins said they were also impressed with the customer service they received. Silverstone Ranch will feature six collections of homes among several price ranges, as well as multifamily housing. More than 20 floor plans are available, most of which are modeled. Prices start from the low $200,000s to the $500,000s. Each home includes the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized as Energy Star-certified, the homes offer a three-year heating and cooling guarantee. The development is built along the fairways of the Silverstone Golf Club, a 27-hole championship course. A 34,000-square-foot clubhouse offers fine dining and is available for special events. To visit the community, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive and turn right. Turn right again on Grand Teton Drive, head east to Buffalo Drive, go north and follow the signs. The home finding center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pulte Homes offers more than 20 new subdivisions in Southern Nevada. The builder operates in more than 40 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, it is a leading builder of age-qualified communities.
