Fiesta Del Norte begins interest list

Pardee Homes is starting an interest list for Fiesta Del Norte, an all-single-story neighborhood in North Las Vegas about 1 1/2 miles north of the builder's Fiesta neighborhood, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell.

The subdivision is due to open in mid-September with a new collection of homes. Meantime, interested families may visit the Eldorado Highlands sales office for information.

"Models will be sold soon at Fiesta, which has been one of Pardee's most popular neighborhoods due to the single-story designs, strong location and good prices," Tuvell said.

The new 200-home neighborhood, located at Allen Lane and El Campo Grande Avenue, will include three new floor plans, plus Plan Four from Fiesta.

Three- and four-bedroom homes will be available with as many as three baths in 1,521 to 2,315 square feet. Some homes will include three-car garages.

Each home will feature the Energy Star label, certifying that it is at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte, go north and follow the signs to the sales office.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
