Del Webb opens Arroyo Vista at Sun City Anthem

Del Webb has released home sites in its Arroyo Vista village. The 275 lots are located within its Sun City Anthem age-qualified community in Henderson.

Twelve homes ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet are offered in the three collections available.

"A wide array of included items and enhanced conservation and energy-saving features have been integrated, giving each home an air of elegance and luxury," sales manager Jeff Galindo said.

Galindo said the Virginia design, a 1,613-square-foot home with a great room and covered patio, has been the most popular floor plan from the Colonial Collection. Also available are the Delaware and Carolina models, which feature two or three bedrooms, optional dens, great rooms and two-car garages.

The Capital Collection has five models: Madison, Jackson, Lincoln, Montgomery and Columbia. The 1,840-square-foot Madison design features a front porch and optional casita and has been favored by buyers.

Dual master bedrooms, great rooms, optional dens and three-car garages highlight the Revolutionary Collection, which offers the Yorktown, Saratoga, Trenton and Charleston models.

"The Trenton model is a study in luxury, featuring a courtyard for leisurely outdoor living, included casita, dual master bedrooms and golf cart storage," Galindo said. "All the excellence buyers have come to expect from Del Webb is in this home."

It measures 2,707 square feet and offers a choice of three elevations.

Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the community features the Revere at Anthem Golf Club with two championship golf courses.

Additionally, the community is home to Anthem Center, site of special events, club meetings and dining at Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public. It also houses a fitness center with exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, walking tracks and wellness programs.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
