Henderson: Final custom lots released at Anthem Country Club

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

The last five custom-home sites available at Anthem Country Club are set for release today, and include some as large as one-half acre.

"We are near the completion of this landmark community," said Jeb Koury, senior sales manager. "These special sites are located in one of the country club's most panoramic locations, the current site of the sales pavilion. These are exceptional locations and are not expected to be available for long."

The home sites are priced from the low $300,000s to the high $800,000s. Select lot purchases include an equity golf membership in the Anthem Country Club golf club, a $49,500 value, according to Koury.

Membership privileges include access to the private 7,300-yard, par-72, 18-hole championship golf course designed by PGA champion Hale Irwin and golf course designer Keith Foster. Each hole provides a view of the Las Vegas Valley.

In addition to the remaining lots, a select number of homes are ready for move-in in the Meridian, Sterling and Crown Pointe collections. The models are open for viewing, however they are slated for release on Friday, Aug. 15. All residences in the model village will be for sale, and will include upgrades, landscaping and furnishings.

"These elegant neighborhoods have all the features country club homeowners have come to expect," Koury said. "Buyers at Anthem Country Club find a wealth of amenities and a lifestyle that is second to none."

Resident amenities include a private, 3,700 square-foot athletic club with three swimming pools; cardiovascular equipment; aerobics; basketball, volleyball and tennis facilities; and a full-service salon.

The 33,000-square-foot clubhouse features a board room, pro shop, fine dining, offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms and lounge areas.

Anthem Country Club is a guard-gated community that also maintains a 24-hour security patrol.

"Country club residents often comment about the peace of mind that comes with professional security guards," Koury said, noting that all vehicle traffic is monitored in and out of the community.

The country club is part of Del Webb's 5,000-acre Anthem residential development in Henderson.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
