Boca Raton touts south Strip locale

Boca Raton's location on the south end of the Strip will provide condominium residents with the ideal surroundings for entertainment and dining amenities, according to Jerry Peterson, managing partner of the development.

"It's very exciting for our buyers to be able to explore all that the South Strip has to offer so far and learn about the new up-and-coming projects scheduled for completion in the next few years," Peterson said.

The $400 million development will comprise four mid-rise buildings, a 15-acre backdrop of palm trees and resort-style pools and spas reflective of 1920s South Florida. Resident amenities will include walking and jogging trails, fitness centers in each building, concierge service and shuttle service.

Prices start at $464,900.

Completion of the first phase is expected by January 2007.

The sales and information studio, which features a Casita Suite model, is located at 2475 Serene Ave. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
