Choices abound at Villages at Southern Highlands

With more than 50 model homes open and more under construction, buyers have a variety of choices at The Villages at Southern Highlands. With 18 neighborhoods by 14 builders, sales agents say more than 200 home sales have been posted each month.

Prices start from the $120,000s to the $400,000s.

Offering a planned 40 acres of parks and more than 100 acres of open space, the 2,300-acre Southern Highlands community is being developed in the southwestern valley. Also planned are play areas, miles of bike and jogging trails, and public and private schools. And, as an added convenience, the Village Center will offer an assortment of upscale shopping, dining and personal service venues.

Community and neighborhood information is available at all sales offices. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive, head west and follow the signs. Models are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
