Rosemont gears up for grand opening
Rosemont, Toll Bros.' newest neighborhood in Summerlin, will host a grand opening celebration May 5 and 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with refreshments and family activities. Children will be greeted by Summerlin Sam on May 6 from noon to 4 p.m. Four floor plans are open: the Avignon, Giardino, Montebello and Westover. "The floor plans at Rosemont have something for all home buyers," sales agent Kaz Gwizdala said. "Each one of these floor plans has been chosen as a favorite among our home buyers." The two-story Avignon comes with an atrium and formal dining room, and can also include a bonus room or courtyard fireplace. The single-story Giardino features an entry courtyard, foyer, great room and garden room. The floor plan for this model allows for a home office, fourth bedroom and courtyard fireplace as options. The Montebello two-story model has a courtyard, foyer, den and island kitchen. The home also features a retreat off the owner suite. It can include five bedrooms. The Westover, a two-story home, features a courtyard, garden room, butler's pantry, 3 1/2 baths and as many as five bedrooms. A bonus room is optional. The 95 homes will range from 2,650 to 3,800 square feet. Each features an appliance package, hardwood cabinets and spa tubs. Prices start in the low $300,000s. The sales office is open Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment only. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west to Town Center Drive, go south past Desert Inn Road to Garden Park Drive, turn left and proceed to Iris Lane. The builder is also developing Woodlands, Heritage Glen and Wood Glen in Summerlin; Buckingham at Queensridge; and Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.
