Stanpark starts presales in northwest area

Stanpark Homes' newest development in the northwest area, Monument at Lone Mountain, is comprised of two neighborhoods, both of which are in the pre-sale phase.

Combined, Summit and Crescendo offer eight single- and two-story floor plans.

"We are confident that Monument at Lone Mountain will impress our home buyers, because these are some of our most exciting floor plans and home designs," Michael Cox, sales director, said.

"Monument combines all the elements home buyers are looking for in a community -- scenic surroundings, gated entry, a beautiful park, and functional floor plans."

A 5-acre park is planned to include a playground and sports facilities.

Summit's four floor plans range from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. A den, bonus room or guest room with bath are optional. Prices start from the $140,000s.

Homes at Crescendo measure from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and a four-car garage. Prices start from the $170,000s. A courtyard, balcony and patio are optional. Also available are home offices, owner-bedroom retreats, wine cellars and libraries.

All homes come with a 10-year homeowner protection plan.

To visit the neighborhoods, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and follow the signs.

The builder also has homes at its Teton at La Entrada neighborhood in Henderson. Four single- and two-story floor plans range from 1,802 to 3,115 square feet with standard three-car garages. Homes are priced from the $160,000s.

To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Gibson Road and head south.

In North Las Vegas, the gated Tempo neighborhood offers four single- and two-story floor plans priced from the low $100,000s. To visit, take Cheyenne Avenue west, past Interstate 15, to Revere Street and follow the signs.

All sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
