Ambrose, Callisto plans prove favorites among condo buyers at Borgata

The Ambrose and Callisto floor plans at Borgata have become popular among condominium buyers, according to sales manager Sue Ellen Silva.

"They are both great sellers that offer a very nice layout. We've really gotten a lot of good feedback about them from visitors and buyers alike," she said.

The one-bedroom Ambrose measures 717 square feet.

"The builder has made amazing use of the square footage. The layout has a nice flow and a very good-sized kitchen with a separate dining area. There is also a larger-than-average closet that people really like," Silva said.

At 947 square feet, the Callisto comes with two bedrooms and two baths.

"The most popular feature about the Callisto floor plan is the galley kitchen. The design of it allows people to walk straight through, so there is more than one way to enter. Another great aspect is the fact that you get a private entrance with this home," Silva said.

Other available floor plans are the 994-square-foot Geneva, which provides two bedrooms and two baths; and the 1,170-square-foot Marcellus, which offers three bedrooms and two baths.

Units feature crown molding, granite counter tops in the kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, window blinds throughout, 4-inch baseboards, tile entries, terraces, walk-in closets in each bedroom, washers and dryers, security alarms and storage areas. Kitchens feature brushed-nickel fixtures and hardware, raised-panel cabinets and wine racks. Tile flooring options are available in select plans.

Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

The gated complex, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, features a Mediterranean-style design with palm trees, water features and resort-theme pools and spas. Amenities include barbecue areas, a fitness center, business center, clubhouse with a lounge and theater, and a courtyard. All homes come with assigned covered parking.

The community is located at 4400 S. Jones Blvd., between Tropicana Avenue and Flamingo Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
