Premium home sites made ready for buyers at Sun City Aliante

Del Webb releases premium golf course lots this weekend at the age-qualified Sun City Aliante community in North Las Vegas. The lots align the Aliante Golf Club, a public facility.

The 18-hole, par-72 course extends 6,900 yards, and is complemented by a clubhouse with a restaurant, pro shop and patio.

Del Webb is offering buyer incentives that include bonuses valued as much as $27,000 and complimentary appliance packages with the purchase of homes that are under construction.

Three collections of homes and seven single-story floor plans are available. The residences measure from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet and are priced from $242,990 to $352,990.

On-site amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, craft and hobby rooms, and tennis and bocce courts.

Aliante is a 1,905-acre master-planned community where 400 acres are dedicated to recreational and public use. Included are 24 miles of trails and the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with a 1.5-acre man-made lake, a group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, volleyball stadium and lighted tennis courts. A library is expected to open next month. Retail stores and a medical center are planned.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to the Interstate 215 (Las Vegas Beltway) East exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then left onto the Beltway. Head east to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
