Pardee Homes is down to the final homes at its Mesquite and Palo Verde neighborhoods, which are located within the builder's Nevada Trails community.
"Nevada Trails has grown into an established community with a 23-acre park and trail system and 12 floor plans offered among three neighborhoods as well as a number of established neighborhoods in the community," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the developer.

Landry said a recent survey showed residents of Nevada Trails cited its amenities and floor plans among the reasons for buying a home within it. The palm tree-lined entry, parks and trails, and home exteriors were also mentioned.
Palo Verde's courtyard residences can be built with as many as six bedrooms and five baths. They range from 2,817 to 5,051 square feet and are priced from $599,450 to $700,950.
Mesquite offers one- and two-story homes with as many as five bedrooms and three baths in 1,535 to 2,435 square feet. The homes are priced from $362,200 to $471,700 and most plans feature a great room.
Homes are also available within the Acacia neighborhood. With as many as five bedrooms and four baths, the floor plans come in four one- and two-story designs, measuring from 1,989 to 3,495 square feet and priced from $458,450 to $567,700. The homes include courtyard entries.
All three neighborhoods provide options from the builder's LivingSmart program, which offers environmentally sensitive upgrades to improve energy efficiency and water conservation. Examples include fluorescent lighting, low VOC paint, tankless water heaters and central vacuum systems.
In addition, all of the homes are built to meet Energy Star standards which result in 30 percent less energy use for cooling, heating and water heating than a standard home, according to independent energy consultants.
The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park includes basketball and tennis courts, a playground, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion.
A trail system throughout the community is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants and connected to a countywide system.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right into the model park.
The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
