Christopher releases Vineyards' final phase
Christopher Homes has released the last phase at its guard-gated Vineyards neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Cheryl Lee. The neighborhood, which is located in The Arbors village, offers four one- and two-story designs priced from the high $300,000s and ranging from about 3,072 to more than 5,000 square feet. They incorporate such features as motorcourts, balconies, courtyards with fireplaces, and architectural detailing on four sides of each home. A private linear park traverses the neighborhood through a series of fountain plazas and links to Summerlin's Paseo Park, which connects to two Summerlin parks. "This is an excellent time for luxury-home buyers to choose a home site at Vineyards, select one of our magnificent residential designs, and then customize their home to perfectly suit their taste and lifestyle," Lee said. Such options include casitas/detached guest quarters, secondary master suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars. In addition to consultation with architectural designers, buyers may consult with interior designers at the builder's in-house design center. "We also have homes that can be ready for move-in within a shorter time frame, including one two-story residence that is scheduled to be completed and ready for move-in by June." The residence nearing completion is a Rothschild design. Priced at $575,791, the two-story home features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a library, a three-car garage and 3,886 square feet. "The Rothschild features beautiful European-inspired architecture and an interior design that presents something exciting at every turn," Lee said. "Inside this home, the living areas are well-defined, such as the separate living room and dining room, which gives the home a more formal feel. The kitchen is very spacious and elegant, yet it is quite functional, with a huge walk-in pantry, lots of counter space and abundant cabinets. Another attractive feature in the Rothschild design is the master suite, which is very-well appointed and includes a huge walk-in closet." This home will include several upgrades, such as a gated motorcourt, cherry wood cabinetry, granite kitchen surfaces and covered patio. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Anasazi Drive, go south and turn right on Banburry Cross Lane. Then turn left on Laurelglen Drive. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
