American West sees strong sales at Royal Highlands
Glen Eagles and Inverness, American West Development's newest neighborhoods in the American West Royal Highlands community in the Villages at Southern Highlands, have experienced strong sales since their October openings, selling 70 and 44 homes, respectively. "We are pleased with the consistent sales in both neighborhoods," Stacia Lemke, vice president of marketing, said. "With impressive home designs, affordable prices and a beautiful setting, it's easy to see why our communities have been so popular." Glen Eagles' five two-story designs measure from 1,952 to 2,548 square feet and are priced from $199,950. The neighborhood will feature 391 homes upon buildout, each situated in a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood amenities include landscaped medians, greenbelts, a water feature and roundabouts. Inverness features five models and six floor plans ranging from 3,679 to 5,749 square feet. Homes are priced in the mid-$300,000s and include a variety of architectural features and options, including a finished basement. The neighborhood will have 330 homes upon completion. All homes feature structured wiring. Community amenities include a guard-gated entry, sidewalks and a family-oriented park. The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several builders in more than 20 neighborhoods. Homes are priced from the $140,000s to the $400,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
