-- The Howard Hughes Corp. promoted Kristi Overgaard to vice president of marketing and Gerry Robbins to vice president of detailed planning. Overgaard previously served as vice president of marketing for Champion Homes, and four years as director of marketing for Astoria Homes. Robbins previously worked for builders in Southern California, including Warmington Homes.

-- Geotechnical & Environmental Services named Daniela Loreto to be a staff engineer. Previously, she worked at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, as a research assistant.
