Pulte introduces three projects in Summerlin

Pulte Homes will introduce three neighborhoods this weekend, and each is located in the Summerlin master-planned community. Paradiso, Summerfield and Hillstone are situated within The Vistas village.

Many of the new floor plans are represented by model homes.

"With the addition of these new communities to its current Sage Hills Townhomes and Cara Vella communities, also in The Vistas village, Pulte offers homes for everyone," said Todd Hahn, senior sales manager.

Paradiso is a gated neighborhood of single- and two-story homes, ranging from 3,000 to 3,448 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.

Prices range from $445,990 to $501,990.

Highlights, per plan, include turret entries, courtyards, covered porches and optional casitas. Garage options are also available.

Interiors, per plan, feature great rooms with fireplaces, kitchens with nooks, and formal dining and living rooms.

All homes have earned the Energy Star label and feature the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology, including 2X6 construction on exterior walls for added energy efficiency. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is included.

Homes at Paradiso also offer upgraded appliances, which feature Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler's seal of approval.

Summerfield offers two-story homes that feature the identical energy-saving package as the homes in Paradiso. Floor plans measure from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet with as many as three bedrooms. Prices start from $205,990 to $225,990.

Hillstone is comprised of single-story floor plans sized from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet with two or three bedrooms.

Features, per plan, include courtyards, extended garages, soft-water loops, gas barbecue stubs, and wiring for security and audio systems.

Kitchens provide raised-panel oak cabinetry, crown molding, Corian counter tops, and built-in self-cleaning ovens.

Options include bay windows in the master suites, and dens.

"Hillstone represents the true definition of charm and quality living," Hahn said. "(It) caters to those who desire an extensive list of high-level specifications in their home."

Hillstone's homes are priced from $231,990 to $256,990.

Sage Hills is a gated development of single-story townhomes, measuring from 1,251 to 1,613 square feet with two to four bedrooms and attached two-car garages. Each townhome is wired for high-speed Internet access, and an audio system. In addition, a security system with one year of monitoring is included. Prices start from $193,990 to $220,990.

The Cara Vella neighborhood features single-story homes, all offering the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, the Energy Star label, and a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. Floor plans range from 2,242 to 2,649 square feet and are priced from $342,990 to $363,990.

To visit any of these neighborhoods, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and go west to Carriage Hill Drive. Turn left at Carriage Hill, proceed to Vista Run Drive, turn right and follow the signs. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

The builder's other active projects are Wyeth Ranch and Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley; Gresham Park in Summerlin; Siena Ancora in Southern Highlands; Serenata and Vialetto in Aliante; and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.
