Bella Vita's resort-style amenities attract buyers

Many buyers at Bella Vita, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, have been attracted by the resort-style amenities, spokeswoman Tawnya Rosenthal said.

Five floor plans are offered.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo model measures 720 square feet and has a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the mid-$90,000s.

Two designs have two bedrooms. The Sera plan has one bath and measures 816 square feet; it is priced from the low $100,000s. The Luna plan has two baths and measures 978 square feet; it is priced from the mid-$130,000s.

Three bedrooms and two baths are featured in the Solé, which measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$150,000s; and the Terra, which measures 1,444 square feet and is priced in the mid-$160,000s.

Amenities include raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops and tub surrounds.

Poolside and second-floor units are available for an additional price.

The development is located at Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard.

To visit the sales office at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and proceed west to Arville. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
