Help-U-Sell fee structure pleases client

When executive secretary Melissa Garcia decided to sell her two-story home in the northwestern valley, she contacted a sales agent at Help-U-Sell Real Estate Solutions, a fee-for-service agency.

Garcia then used the firm to help her buy another home, a nearby single-story residence that was on the market.

Garcia said she was pleased with the company's services.
