Vintage Valley lot sales brisk

All of the custom lots released for sale in March at Vintage Valley within the Estates at Southern Highlands Golf Club have been sold.

"The demand for Vintage Valley's selection of custom lots has been overwhelming, as buyers are attracted to the beautiful location, picturesque views and unparalleled privacy," said Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty. "We are planning to release additional lots in May, June and July. Interest reservations are now being accepted."

The next release will mark the fifth phase of development, and will comprise one-half acre lots. Interior lots will be priced from the $500,000s; golf course sites will start from the high $700,000s.

"The prestige of Vintage Valley, coupled with its neighborhood amenities such as a two-acre garden park, tree-lined streets and recreational facilities, combine to be a huge draw for the most discerning buyers," McClellan said

Resident amenities include The Spa at Southern Highlands.

At 13,000 square feet, the spa features a fitness center, lighted outdoor tennis courts, a swimming pool, hot tub, as well as a children's pool.

The Estates at Southern Highlands is an enclave of custom-home neighborhoods. The home sites measure from one-half acre to 2 acres and are priced from the $400,000s. Custom homes are priced from $1.5 million.
