Presales to begin at Amber Ridge
Pulte Homes will hold the second of two informational sessions required for eligibility to purchase a home at its new Amber Ridge at Mission Hills in Henderson today. The session is scheduled from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Anthem Highlands sales office. Prospective buyers will be asked to turn in forms that were distributed last week, as well as complete the prequalifying process. The informational sessions and prequalifying process were initiated due to anticipated demand for the homes. Upon completion, the neighborhood will have 180 residences. A total of 450 attended the first session. Presale opportunities will get under way at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 1, at the sales center. Five single- and two-story designs ranging from 2,442 to 3,799 square feet will be available. All homes will be built with Environments for Living technology, which exceeds the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and includes a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee. To reach the sales office, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. The builder plans to unveil Pavona, its fourth neighborhood in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, in the near future. Three two-story floor plans will be available, measuring from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet. An informational session regarding Pavona's presales will take place on May 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Aliante's Nature Discovery Park. Pulte Homes' Del Webb brand is a leading builder of age-qualified communities. It also operates a mortgage division.
