Guard-gated entry plays role in purchase at Red Hills

Lorraine Bradt is delighted with her purchase of a new home at Red Hills, a condominium development in Summerlin.

"I love the guard-gated privacy, beautiful landscaping and all of the wonderful community amenities," she said. "My husband and I use the exercise room, pool area or the walking paths nearly every day. This is a resort-like neighborhood, and the people who live here truly have pride of ownership in their homes and the entire outdoor environment."

TSG Inc. is developing the complex, which offers six garden and penthouse floor plans priced from the $120,000s. The homes range from 1,217 to 1,591 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Each home includes an attached garage, a built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and window coverings.

Interiors offer 9-foot ceilings; granite-hearth fireplaces; granite kitchen counter tops; cultured-marble tubs and vanities; and ceramic-tile flooring in the kitchens, entries, secondary baths and laundry rooms.
