Palazzo Monte hosts open house
U.S. Home will host an open house today at its Palazzo Monte neighborhood within the Seven Hills community in Henderson. The event will feature feng shui presentations by Jacqueline Stewart at noon and 2:30 p.m., a radio remote from noon to 2 p.m., and refreshments. Priced from the high $200,000s, the gated neighborhood offers hillside home sites and four home designs. "We were able to select one of the premier locations in Seven Hills for Palazzo Monte. Then we took our famous U.S. Home luxury designs to a new level to create an incomparable combination of location and luxury that offers living on a grand scale," Mike DeSilva, Las Vegas division president, said. "One of our strongest competitive edges in the luxury-home market is our ability to offer home buyers a vast array of interior design options. Our goal is to work with home buyers so they can take full advantage of the flexibility we design into each home -- to give them the latitude to personalize the design to suit their lifestyle." The single-story Napoli design offers 2,550 square feet and may be expanded to 3,070 square feet with an extended owner suite and family room. Options for the four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home include two or three bedrooms with an optional double owner suite; two bedrooms with a bonus room; or a fifth bedroom and bath.
