Terra West appoints marketing director
-- Terra West Property Management promoted Tamara Nelson from property manager to single-family marketing director. Before joining the company, Nelson spent 14 years with The Clark Cos., a real estate appraisal firm. In her new post, Nelson will work with clients renting out their homes. -- OneCap, a Nevada real estate and financial services company, has been approved for trading on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board. Vince Hesser is chief executive officer and president of the company, which will trade under the symbol OTC BB: ONCP. -- Mike Dunn of American Nevada Corp. represented the company in its five-year lease of 16,000 square feet at 2310 Corporate Circle to IMPAC Medical Systems, represented by Derek Miyano of Century 21 Aadvantage Gold, for $1.2 million. Dunn also represented the company in its 10-year lease of 2,237 square feet at 2275 Corporate Circle to Say Entertainment for $662,000. In another transaction, Dunn, Charles Van Geel and CB Richard Ellis represented American Nevada Corp. in the five-year lease of 5,777 square feet of office space at 2275 Corporate Circle to Certified Airline Passenger Services, represented by Tami Lord of Territory Inc., for $711,000. -- Lee and Associates' G. Rodney Harbaugh represented both parties in Lawrence Green's sale of 73,000 square feet at 3871 S. Valley View Blvd. to Alonzo Whitner Family Trust for $4.5 million. -- GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Machabee Office Environments in the sale of a 10,077-square-foot office/warehouse building at 7110 S. Placid St. to Security Lock Distributors for $1.1 million. In another transaction, Art Farmanali and Bill Walsh represented Phyllis and David Corbiser in their three-year lease of 4,200 square feet at 6408 S. Windy Road to Event Masters for $122,653. Walsh also represented Cameron Dewey Business Center in the three-year lease of 2,000 square feet at 4760 Dewey Drive to Diplomat Custom Upholstery for $50,280. -- Colliers International's Lizz Schafer and Tom Stilley represented The Howard Hughes Corp. in its five-year lease of 2,536 square feet at 3993 Howard Hughes Parkway to International Management Associates for $379,639. Schafer and Stilley also represented Tricor Financial in its five-year lease of 2,385 square feet at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd. from City Center West Development for $341,511.
