Custom lots featured at Christopher's Bellacere

Christopher Homes' Bellacere, located within the Summerlin master-planned community, is a custom neighborhood being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course.

The guard-gated enclave features home sites from one-third acre to one-half acre, and buyers can purchase two adjoining lots, according to sales agent Kimberly Heese.

"People interested in building the most opulent of custom homes are responding with great enthusiasm to the generous size of our home sites and the opportunity to combine home sites and create an estate up to one acre in size," Heese said. "This option is available with home sites we have available along the golf course, as well those backing onto Bellacere's private linear park. The views from some of these homes will be absolutely spectacular."

Home sites are priced from $650,000 to more than $4 million, and include city and mountain view lots.

Heese said 19 out of 60 lots remain, and construction is progressing rapidly.

"We currently have more than 30 custom homes that are completed, under construction or in architectural review at Bellacere," she said. "The beauty and quality of these homes is outstanding ... based on the caliber of homes being built here. Bellacere is rapidly blossoming into one of Summerlin's most prestigious custom-home neighborhoods."

Each buyer is assigned a custom sales specialist, who remains involved through each phase of the design and construction of the home. Customers also consult with in-house architectural designers.

Customizing options include basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars and fireside courtyards.

The neighborhood features entry monuments, a park, tennis court, playground, and landscaped open space.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive then go east. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
