Realty agent picks Sun City Anthem

Real estate agent Michael Campbell looks forward to living and working at Sun City Anthem, an age-qualified community by Del Webb Corp. in Henderson.

"I bought a house in Sun City Anthem because I can identify with the people here. I just turned 50 and even though this is a retirement community, the typical resident is extremely active and enjoying the lifestyle Anthem has to offer," Campbell said. "I want to enjoy the community I live in and work here as well."

Campbell purchased the Concord model "because of great room," he said. The 2,510-square-foot design features dual master bedrooms, a den, wet bar and three-car garage with golf cart storage.

Campbell was also impressed by the community's amenities.

"The product delivered by Del Webb is premier in this industry. ...," he said. "This place has everything but a ski run. The recreation center is great. I'm pleased with the gym, the restaurants, tennis courts and golf course. And there is plenty of meeting space available for gatherings and special events."

The Anthem Center offers fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents, as well as Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public.

Nineteen models are featured, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and larger through the Gold Key program. Homes are priced from the low $140,000s to more than $500,000.
