Custom lots ready at Seven Hills

Seven Hills offers a variety of custom-home sites, many of which align a golf course, according to the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership. City and mountain view lots are also available.

Homes sites as large as 1 acre are featured, and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

More than 200 home sites have been purchased to date, with more than 120 homes completed, under construction or in architectural review.

Custom neighborhood amenities include a guard-gated entrance, landscaped open space areas, a private view park, a private park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Seven Hills features city and neighborhood parks, and miles of trails and walkways.

To visit the sales pavilion, take Eastern Avenue to St. Rose Parkway, head west to Seven Hills Drive then go south about a mile. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
