Pardee's Renaissance neighborhood open at Seven Hills in Henderson

Pardee Homes is building the gated Renaissance neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

The single-story floor plans measure from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet and feature four bedrooms, or three bedrooms and a den or optional suite.

Three two-story designs are also available, ranging from 3,700 to 4,600 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, including one plan with a downstairs master suite. Options include bay windows, French doors at courtyard entry, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, and a wraparound balcony in another model.

Prices range from $295,250 to $377,250, and golf course home sites are available.

All homes feature the ComfortWise designation and the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal, meaning they exceed federal standards for energy efficiency by an estimated 30 percent due to spectrally selective windows that block out heat-producing light, high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment and tightly sealed air ducts.

Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership, is located in the foothills of Black Mountain.

At buildout, there will be more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes. The master plan includes 25 neighborhoods, city and neighborhood parks, landscaped open space, and miles of trails and walkways.

Dozens of floor plans are modeled in several neighborhoods, and are priced from the low $200,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Residences with views of the city, a golf course and mountains are available.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom lots are available in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

The sales pavilion is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of Eastern Avenue off of St. Rose Parkway. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
