Portofino appeals to buyers at Toscana
The Portofino model has become a home-buyer favorite at Toscana in the northwestern valley, according to Toll Bros. Measuring 3,969 square feet, the three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home can be built with as many as six bedrooms. A split four-car garage is standard. It is priced from $404,975. The home's front-entry courtyard and foyer lead to a den or a formal living room with an optional fireplace. The formal dining room features coffered ceilings, and a butler's pantry links it to the kitchen. The kitchen's breakfast area overlooks the back yard, and includes a pantry, dual wall ovens, and an island with a sink. A media center and fireplace highlight the family room, and counter space and a sink are located within the laundry room. The second level features a bonus room with a media center and optional fireplace, along with two secondary bedrooms, one with a private bath. Its master suite includes a sitting area with a media center, dual walk-in closets, dual split vanities, a dressing area, spa tub, and separate shower with a seat. Options include a casita in place of the den, a deck off of the master suite, and a patio. Other single- and two-story homes available in the gated neighborhood measure from 3,300 to 4,600 square feet and are located on half-acre home sites. Prices start from the high $300,000s. Amenities include a 2-acre park with a gazebo, tennis court and playground. The neighborhood is located at the intersection of Farm Road and Tenaya Way. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Toll Bros. has been building homes for more than 35 years and operates in 22 states.
