Few new homes remain in Silver Canyon's Seven Hills
The Seven Hills community in Henderson is in its final phase, with only a few new production homes available. Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including an estimated 300 custom homes. One model located along a golf course is available at Pardee Homes' Renaissance neighborhood. Priced at $599,900, it can be ready for move-in by June. US Home's Palazzo Monte neighborhood has two Roma designs available that can be ready for occupancy within two weeks. One of the available two-story homes measures 4,300 square feet and offers six bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, front and rear verandas, granite kitchen counter tops, and an upgraded electrical package. It is located on a 12,310-square-foot home site and is priced at $525,000. The second home offers an unobstructed view of the valley. This home features five bedrooms, three baths, a rear veranda, granite kitchen counter tops, upgraded cabinetry and a premium electrical package. It measures 4,088 square feet and is priced at $415,000. The information center is located on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
