Veteran, spouse praise KB Home

Through the Air Force, Garrett and Yoko Georges have lived all around the world, but it was when they came to Las Vegas and visited KB Home's Crystal Glen neighborhood in the southeastern valley, that they decided to settle down.

"I wanted to retire in Las Vegas," Garrett Georges said. "KB Home's Crystal Glen had a great selection of homes and options available. It had everything we knew we wanted, such as separate formal living and dining rooms. Our home fit us like a hand in a glove."

The couple has lived in Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Greece and Panama, as well as in cities throughout the United States. Once they found their home, they wanted to time their move to Las Vegas with their home's completion.

"I came out a few months before our move to check on our home's construction and talk to our superintendent," Georges said. "I wanted to find out when the completion date was, so we could move right into our home when we came to Las Vegas. We certainly appreciated their attention to detail and concern for our time when it came to our move-in."

The Georges said they were delighted with their home-buying experience.

"The quality of our KB home was excellent and everyone on their staff was very good to us," Georges said. "It was a great experience."

Crystal Glen, located on Horizon Ridge Parkway near Eastern Avenue in Henderson, has since closed out.

One-stop shopping is offered at the KB Home Studio, located just south of Warm Springs Road at 7440 S. Industrial Road, Suite 201. Its Homebuyers Club offers potential clients free assistance including credit reports, a review of their financial situation and credit counseling.
