Esprit at Stonegate attracts `visitors'
Visitors of Las Vegas are among the buyers at the Esprit at Stonegate condominium development in the southeastern valley, according to sales agent Zoltan Maloof. Many of them, he said, have purchased the condos as a pied-a-terre. "They come to Las Vegas to visit several times a year and it's less expensive to own a secure condominium than to pay for a room on the Strip. We were surprised at how many second-home buyers there were," he said. Two floor plans are available, each with two bedrooms and two baths. They are the 960-square-foot Spirit plan and the 970-square-foot Aurora design. Each plan includes covered parking; round and arched, divided-light windows; and a fan with lights in the dining room. Second-story units include a fireplace in the great room and skylight in the owner suite. Select plans offer kitchen greenhouse windows. Prices start from the high $90,000s Amenities include mature landscaping, two swimming pools, spas, as well as fitness rooms. Upon completion, the condominium complex will be entered through controlled access. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
