Pulte set to debut in Palomar
Next weekend Pulte Homes will debut in Palomar, a new gated neighborhood in Summerlin. Sales agents report presales have been brisk and a limited number of home sites remain. Palomar is the first multibuilder neighborhood within The Paseos village, which will comprise homes from four builders. Pulte will offer three single-story designs at the neighborhood. A 2,120-square-foot plan features three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, family room, dining room, courtyard and two-car garage. Two additional bedrooms are optional. The 2,418-square-foot plan offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, dining room, courtyard and two-car garage. An extra bedroom is optional. The 2,505-square-foot plan features two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, dining room and two-car garage, plus options for two additional bedrooms. Homes will include maple kitchen cabinets, tile flooring, two-tone paint, upgraded appliances, fireplaces and covered patios. Prices for the Pulte sites start from the $700,000s. All of the builder's homes feature energy-efficient designs that exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star criteria. They incorporate Platinum Plus Environments For Living technology and come with a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard and go west. Take the second right onto Desert Foothills Drive (There is no street sign at the intersection.). Turn left on Desert Sunrise Road, then left again on Pluma Verde Lane and then right on Montura Rosa Place. The models will be on the left. The home builder offers 19 active subdivisions in Southern Nevada. Pulte Homes, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in more than 40 markets nationwide.
