Larger models sell out at Esprit at Stonegate

Fewer than 30 condominiums are available for sale at Esprit at Stonegate in the southeastern valley, according to sales agent Zoltan Maloof.

"Out of the 203 homes we started out with, only 28 are left for sale," said Maloof, adding that all of the three-bedroom models have been sold.

First- and second-story units are available in both the 960-square-foot Spirit and 970-square-foot Aurora floor plans. Each offers two bedrooms and two baths.

"We still have a couple of Aurora downstairs models available for the high $90,000s," Maloof said. "The Spirit floor plans are selling for $111,900 and the remaining Aurora models are selling for $106,900 downstairs and $107,900 upstairs."

The upstairs units offer a fireplace in the great room and a skylight in the master suite.

Also offered are covered parking; round and arched, divided-light windows; and ceiling fans with lights. Select floor plans offer kitchen greenhouse windows.

The complex includes two clubhouses, both with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; and two playgrounds. The grounds also include landscaped areas.

At buildout, the development will be accessible only by keyed entry.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north to Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
