Cielo features single-story design

Pardee Homes offers a one-story floor plan among its designs at Cielo, a neighborhood within the builder's Eldorado community in North Las Vegas, according area sales manager Rob Tuvell.

"Pardee currently has a Plan One available on a premium cul-de-sac lot with buyer incentives for qualified buyers," Tuvell said. "Pardee is offering flooring upgrades in this specified home."

Plan One features four bedrooms or three bedrooms and den, two baths, an optional powder room, a dining nook adjacent to the family room, and an owner suite with a walk-in closet. The 2,407-square-foot home is priced from $176,450 to $199,950.

The Mediterranean-style designs have volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet flooring at the entry, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths. The kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, choice of cabinetry, a pantry and appliance package.

Owner suite retreats offer walk-in closets, dual sinks, a separate tub and shower, and cultured-marble counter tops with ceramic-tile wainscoting.

Located near the 9-acre Eldorado Park, the neigborhood offers one- and two-story floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a four-car garage, ranging from 2,407 to 3,006 square feet.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the entrance of Eldorado. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
