Sales progress at Turnberry Place
The success of its first two towers has prompted a waiting list for residences in Tower Three at Turnberry Place, according to sales executive John Riordan. The 40-story tower offers views of the Strip and valley and is selling at pre-construction prices. The community's first tower is sold out and occupied, and its second tower is under construction with more than 75 percent sold. Four towers are planned. "What's especially nice about our third tower is that people will have additional time to plan their move or relocation to Las Vegas," Riordan said. "It's perfect for people who are looking to have a second home in Las Vegas or who want a place to travel to six months out of the year." Tower Three will feature the same amenities as the two other towers. Highlights include Italian marble spa tubs, granite counters and European cabinets in the kitchens, upgraded appliances, wrap-around glass balconies, private elevator lobbies, and security systems that provide 24-hour electronic and visual monitoring. Ten floor plans are available, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet and priced from $450,000 to more than $4.5 million. Services include valet parking; a concierge; limousine service; and membership to the community's private club, The Stirling Club, which is under construction in the center of the community. The facility will feature a fitness center; dining; and a 30,000-square-foot European-style spa with massage and beauty salons, spas, saunas, steam baths, pools and a fitness center. Members will also have access to a lounge with a piano bar, a discotheque, billiards room, wine and cigar room, lighted tennis courts, a business center, library, indoor and outdoor pools, cabanas, a pool bar, and a gourmet food mart. The club is slated for completion by late summer. However, social events are already under way. "We are hosting preliminary events now so members can become acquainted and see the extraordinary services we will provide," club executive Brad Millsap said. "Once the club opens, it will have an exhausting calendar of events including enlightening lectures, classes and workshops, fashion and fine jewelry shows, theme parties, grand galas, and soirees." Turnberry Place is being developed by Florida-based Turnberry Associates. "We brought this lifestyle to Las Vegas so people who want exceptional amenities and superior service would have a place to live," Riordan said. "And that's exactly what's happening. We have had an overwhelming response from people who could not find this type of living in Las Vegas before Turnberry came along." Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of towers one and two in the community's sales pavilion, which is located at 2777 Paradise Road. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
