Canyon Springs targets 'unique' needs

Lennar Design Studio constructed homes at its Canyon Springs neighborhood with certain ideas in mind.

"Not only are these homes well-located, adding another level of ease and simplicity for them, but each home presents a spectrum of custom amenities that aims to meet and exceed each home buyer's unique needs," said Thomas Isbell, vice president of sales and marketing.

The single- and two-story homes feature 1,659 to 3,117 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two or three baths, and two- or three-car garages.

Prices start from the low $300,000s.

Options, per plan, include great rooms, dining rooms, kitchen nooks, interior laundry rooms, study and sitting rooms, tech centers and game lofts.

Each home features one of the builder's designer-selected collections for matching the interior elements showcased in the models: the Picasso, Vermeer or Renoir.

Interior amenities, per plan, include vaulted ceilings; under-stairway storage; and kitchens with breakfast bars, granite counter tops, oak cabinetry and black or stainless-steel appliances. The kitchens provide backyard access.

The master suites have walk-in closets, and baths feature oval tubs, separate showers and dual-sink vanities with cultured-marble tops.

The exteriors are contemporary in design and include enclosed yards and desert landscaping.

To reach the neighborhood, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to North Fifth Street and turn south.
