Seven Hills home sites offer views

Custom-home site shoppers looking for an ideal location to build their dream home should consider Seven Hills in Henderson, according to developer Silver Canyon Partnership.

The community offers a variety of custom sites, the majority of which are located in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a nearby golf course. Several offer views of the course, city and mountains.

The lots measure up to about 1 acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Each custom neighborhood is guard gated, and privately-gated home sites are available.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold in the community and more than 120 custom homes are in different phases of development.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include landscaped open space, a private view park, 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and playground.

Four city parks also are located within the community and offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

To visit the community's sales and information pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, turn west and then travel south on Seven Hills Drive. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
